I took my cpp early as i was very short of income.. Gwl has made me pay back all of the cpp i received, over 12k. They are taking 100 $ off my ltd every month. I just recently found out i can earn up to 5k a year without penalty. My last ltd pay was minus 300$ without any reason. Please tell me what my legal rights are regarding this.

Most LTD policies contain provisions that allow the insurer to deduct any CPP Disability payments claimants receive. Check your specific policy to see if it has such a provision. If it has it then the insurer is entitled to deduct it.
