I am currently on LTD. it will most likely be the case i will be going back to work in a month. I have been offered a new position at another company through a contact i have. Am I able to quit a position while on LTD and accept a new position?

Yes but once you start work you should let your LTD insurer know and they'll stop your LTD payments.
