Do Canadian citizens with permanent disability can use their medical benefits outside of Canada. How does it regulated on international level? Do those benefits apply for all countries away from Canada the same way or Canada has very specific or different level of co - lateral agreements or contracts with different countries? Can you be very specific , please? I appreciate very highly your time , knowledge and willingness to help and answer.

I'm not clear on what you are referring to. With regards to long term disability policies, generally such policies have geographical restrictions so you need to check your specific policy to see if it has such restriction. If it does and you travel outside the country then you might compromise your coverage.
