I am applying for long term disability for the first time because I have been unable to work due to depression after a car accident. My insurance provider is manulife. How likely am I to get approved. Is there anything specific my doctor should include in my physician’s statement to support my depression.

If I get denied, what are my options?

If you get denied call or email me ASAP at my contact info below and we will help. You need to have your doctors explain in detail why your injuries are preventing you from working. You should get approved for LTD if they are of the opinion that you can’t work but again, if you’re denied, call or email me ASAP and we will do everything in our power to correct that mistake.
