After being in LTD for about 8 years, if the insurance company decides to terminate the benefits, how much notice do they give? As in, can they cease immediately and one is left not being able to pay rent, or do they give say, 3 months notice?

It depends on the insurance company and adjuster. I’ve seen notice given a few weeks before the cut off all the way to 12 months. But if you receive such notice then contact me ASAP at my email or phone number below and we will help.
