I am a 61 year old female who had bladder cancer (both transitional and squamus) in 2009. My bladder and left kidney were both removed. Now, I have a large hernia in my Mons Pubis (i believe an inguinal hernia). This causes much pain. I also have a partial prolapse of the bowels in my vagina. The surgeon strongly suggests that I do not have the hernia repaired as it will cause more issues - already have much pain, pressure, some leakage, and lots of mucus (also have small prolapse of rectum and many hemhorroids). Have been off since mid August on short term but now have to complete long term papework. Not sure if I would qualify.

If your doctor supports you being off work and provides a report that explains the nature of your disability then you should qualify for long term disability. If you get denied please call or email me ASAP and we will help. We handle disability cases daily and resolve them with insurers. My contact info is below.
