I was on LTD up until 2012 when the insurance company cut me off and at the same time CPP started my claim and I've been getting disability payment for them but I feel my insurance company did not have the right to cut me off since my doctors were all saying I am unfit to work. Due I have a claim or has time run out?

If you were cut off in 2012 you are out of time to start a claim against the insurer. The limitation period for starting claims is 2 years. Did you appeal the cut off? If so, when was the last denial?
