I am currently on LTD for 2 years. I recently had a baby while on LTD and the insurance company is pushing to start a rehab and back to work plan only 4 weeks after delivering my baby. Is this allowed? I understand I do not get maternity leave but am I not entitled to have some time with my child after being born? My OB and GP have not cleared me for any of this.
